April 6 - Steamed herbal compress for self-massage and deep relaxation

Learn medicinal herbal basics as we pack herbal compresses for use in self- and partnered massage. Bring a camisole and shorts to allow ease of access to skin. All materials provided. 


April 13 - Cupping basics for pain relief and prevention

Participants will learn and practice the basics of cupping to relieve and prevent pain in the upper back, shoulders, and knees. Wear a camisole, tube top, or minimally compressive sports bra, and loose shorts for ease of access to skin. All materials provided.

April 20 - Easter, no class

April 27 - Keeping the Spring in our Step

Learn self- and partnered massage techniques to open hips, prevent /treat knee pain, and increase range of motion in your ankles. Wear comfortable clothes in which you can easily move.
